Children's Forest Bathing this school holidays!

Bring your children along to the stunning Yarra Valley Living Centre to learn about forest bathing, plant communication and plant music.

You'll be guided to forest bathe, meditate and while you listen to the trees, plants and mushrooms sing, you will also receive a sound healing with drums, voice, flutes and chimes.

Connecting with nature is a great way to reduce stress and boost your immunity; an ideal school holiday activity.

Your facilitator, Catherine Marty from Dare to Change Therapies, is an Ecotherapist, Counsellor, Trauma Therapist, Sound Healer and a Parks Victoria Licenced Tour Operator. She uses her skills to offer a fusion of Ecotherapy and Sound in the form of guided forest bathing, plant music and sound healing to leave you relaxed, rejuvinated and connected with nature. The session will be followed by a delicious morning tea offered by the Brahma Kumaris who volunteer at the centre.

A wet weather alternative will be provided if needed.
